A 30-day barber shop simulation

Can You Run a Barber Shop for 30 Days?

A few chairs, a striped pole and a street full of people who need a haircut every month. A barber shop sells time: every chair is open a set number of hours, and what you earn depends on how many of those hours you fill and what each hour brings in. You set the chairs, the menu, the prices, the hours, how you pay your barbers, and whether people walk in or book. Then four weeks of queues, empty mornings and pay talks.

How it plays

  1. Week 1 · Opening the doors — Set up your barber shop
  2. Week 2 · Peaks and dead hours — Fill the right hours
  3. Week 3 · The team — Keep your chairs and your barbers
  4. Week 4 · The final stretch — Finish the month

After the debrief, “Keep going — 3 more months” continues the run with calendar events, new challenges and opportunities that build on what you chose earlier. Every decision page has a live preview that shows what your picks do to the numbers before you lock them in.

What you get at the end

A debrief with your outcome, charts of where the money went, your biggest mistake and roughly what it cost, and a full report you can copy or save as a PDF. Everything runs in your browser: no sign-up, nothing to install.
